Jess began her real estate career in 2018, building her experience primarily within property management before progressing into a Senior Property Manager role, where she also supported and mentored other property managers within her team.

After taking time away from the industry on maternity leave, Jess spent close to two years working in recruitment before realising how much she genuinely missed real estate and the fast-paced, people-focused nature of the industry. Returning to property management felt like coming home.

Known for her approachable personality, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever she can, Jess prides herself on building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. She brings a calm, proactive approach to every situation and is passionate about creating a positive experience for her clients.
