Maria Selleck joins Carter and Co with a wealth of industry experience, having entered the industry in 2002 and operating her own multi-award-winning boutique agency for over fourteen years. With qualities of integrity, passion, and unrelenting energy, she consistently surpasses her clients' expectations by going the extra mile. Maria's reputation rests on high ethical standards, treating clients with respect while prioritising excellent results, having personally achieved in excess of 70 record price sales and multiple local and national achievement awards.  Her honest and insightful approach fosters repeat business and referrals, and she truly believes real estate is about people and relationships. Maria's diverse background spans continents and cultures and has endowed her with emotional intelligence to understand her clients' needs. Her managerial experience in private and public sectors worldwide and her legal and construction industry background have also been invaluable pillars in her successful real estate career. Maria moved to Canberra in 1978 with her husband Gordon and is now the proud parents of two adult daughters. Outside of work, Maria has a passion for travelling, spending time with her family and friends, and giving back to those in need. Over the years she has supported charities including the Heart Foundation and CEO sleep out, and Maria looks forward to now also contributing to Carter and Co’s Named Charity Fund.
